AI receptionist for painters and decorators The roller's in your hand. Noa takes the phone.

With paint on your hands and a room that has to be finished today, the phone is the last thing you get to. Noa answers in your name, asks about rooms, surfaces and timing and books the quote visit – so the enquiry doesn't go to the next painter.

Typical calls

What customers call about.

And what Noa does with it – based on what you've taught her and the connections you've switched on.

  • We need the whole living room and two kids' rooms painted before Christmas. Can you make it?

    Books

Noa asks about the rooms, rough square metres and timing and books a quote visit in the calendar.

  • Do you paint exteriors too? Our timber house needs it.

    Answers

Services and season are in her knowledge. She answers and offers a visit.

  • You're painting our stairwell in Valby. When do we need to move the bikes?

    Looks it up

With Apacta she finds the open job and answers from it. Otherwise she takes a message for the foreman.

  • It's the property management – we have a move-out that needs painting before the 1st.

    Transfers

Regular business customers are transferred to whoever plans – or get a message straight away.

  • We got your invoice, but it has two days too many on it.

    Takes a message

Invoice questions become a message for the office. With e-conomic she can see whether it's paid.

Connections

Connected to what you use.

You switch connections on in the app with your own account. It takes a few minutes.

  • Google Calendar

Quote visits: Noa finds a free slot within your rules, reads it back and only books once the customer has said yes.

  • Outlook

The same quote-visit booking in your Outlook calendar.

  • Apacta

When a customer calls to ask “when are you coming?”, Noa finds the open job and answers. If they want someone out, she can create the job with the address and a description.

  • e-conomic

“Have you received my payment?” Noa looks up the invoice by its number and answers – and you can see on the card whether it's an existing customer.

  • Billy

The same invoice status lookup if you use Billy.

Without a connection: Without connections Noa takes the call as a message with name, number, address and the job written out. She isn't connected to Ordrestyring, Minuba or other job management systems.

Questions

What people ask.

Can Noa give a price per square metre?

If you've taught her a guide price, she can say it and point out that the final quote comes from you. Otherwise she asks and takes a message.

Can she book quote visits?

Yes, once your Google or Outlook calendar is connected. She finds a free slot within your rules, reads it back and only books after the customer says yes.

Can she say when we're starting a job?

Yes, if you use Apacta and have connected it. She finds the customer's open job and answers from it. Otherwise she takes a message for whoever plans.

What about calls from property managers?

You can transfer those to a specific person, such as whoever handles business customers – on the days and hours you choose. When nobody can, she takes a message with the address and deadline.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. We set up a Danish number for you with Noa on it, and you forward your own number to it through your phone company – for example only when you don't pick up, or outside opening hours. Customers call the number they already know.

What does it cost if we get a lot of calls?

300 minutes a month are included. After that it costs €0.27 per minute with Basis and €0.33 with Pro, incl. VAT, up to a cap you set yourselves (€65 a month by default). Once the cap is reached, Noa only takes messages for the rest of the month, so the bill never surprises you.
