Typical calls

What customers call about.

And what Noa does with it – based on what you've taught her and the connections you've switched on.

  • We need three windows replaced in the living room – could you come out and quote?

    Books

Noa asks about the number, size and address and books a site visit in your calendar – or takes the request as a message.

  • You're building our extension. When are you coming back?

    Looks it up

With Apacta connected she finds the open job and answers. Otherwise she transfers to whoever has the job.

  • Do you do hardwood decking, and do you cover Roskilde?

    Answers

Services, area and building season are in her knowledge. She answers herself and asks if they'd like a quote.

  • It's Jesper from the timber merchant – the delivery to Vangedevej is moving.

    Transfers

Suppliers and partners are transferred to whoever you've chosen – or get a message if nobody can take it.

  • We have a quote from you, but could you start before week 44?

    Takes a message

Questions about price and timing on a specific quote become a message for whoever priced it.

  • Outlook

The same site-visit booking in your Outlook calendar.

Questions

What people ask.

Can Noa give a price for a job?

Only what you've taught her. If you have a fixed price for a site visit or an hourly rate, she can say it. Quotes for a specific job come from you – she includes the details in the message.

Can she book site visits in our calendar?

Yes, once you've connected your Google or Outlook calendar. Noa finds a free slot within the rules you've set (length, hours and notice), reads it back and only books once the customer has said yes. Without a calendar she takes the request as a message.

Can Noa create the job in Apacta?

Yes, if you've connected Apacta and switched it on. She creates the job with name, number, address and description when the customer wants someone out – and she can say when you're coming on an open job.

What if a customer calls with a complaint?

She takes a message with what the customer tells her, or transfers to whoever you've chosen for complaints. She never promises anything on your behalf that you haven't taught her.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. We set up a Danish number for you with Noa on it, and you forward your own number to it through your phone company – for example only when you don't pick up, or outside opening hours. Customers call the number they already know.

What does it cost if we get a lot of calls?

300 minutes a month are included. After that it costs €0.27 per minute with Basis and €0.33 with Pro, incl. VAT, up to a cap you set yourselves (€65 a month by default). Once the cap is reached, Noa only takes messages for the rest of the month, so the bill never surprises you.

Let Noa take the next job.

Noa Voice costs from €93/mo incl. 300 minutes, with no lock-in. We set up the number, you forward yours – and she picks up.
